As pioneer of the Science of Representational Reality and long-time steward of Novel View, a dynamic model of the universe as a complex emergent system, I am deeply committed to system reform that meaningfully engages direct experience and complexity. I believe it is through existentially attuned information tools that we will achieve the living balance needed to navigate the technological age with aplomb.
My larger goal — currently through content creation, collaborations, and fostering good humor and calm — is to be a change-maker: transforming existence through helping bring humanity into accord with systems perspectives that originate from natural in-formation and the ability to connect to experience through meaning-existence relationships. What emerges naturally – with hard work and investment in systems change – is the ability to both individually and collectively re-focus to achieve good, willing, valuable vision within a context of confidence, connectedness, and responsibility.

The name on my birth certificate and earlier publications is Michelle Kathryn McGee. Digitally I often sign my identity Earthstar One as both a string of letters and a representational image—the one at the start of this blurb. The shape is not why I chose the name I did. I simply find it fitting and fun.

In the summer of 2024 I began offering paywalled access to my continually-expanding digital content library The Science of Representational Reality: OKIC. Through related efforts I advocate for sensible meta-system solutions through Healing Generation consultancy, document true-sense natural language anchors through WordFX, and pursue opportunities for interdisciplinary dialogue to spur my highly disciplined creative process. Finally, I continue to fine-tune documentation for the enigmatic intellectual property that informs it all — “Content Integration Ontological Design Algorithm”.
An innovator in the field of intelligent relating and information theory, I develop tools that engage familiar, experiential vocabulary in the context of relational meanings to unlock our connection to what is both real and possible about ourselves, existence as a whole, and systems of all types and scales. I am faithful to existence as a real, complex relational (shared) experience that is supremely true in its very Being.
My professional experience from 18 years working on staff in higher education (University of Vermont and Duke University) includes biological science, research, and related technologies as well as instructional approaches. I am also an autodidact in complex systems, theoretical physics and cosmology, nonlinearity and chaos theory, psychology and neuroscience, a wide array of religious faiths and philosophical disciplines, and most recently machine learning. I currently publish trans-disciplinary works that challenge intellectual norms and aim to build experiential rapport and interest in my more far-reaching aims.
Since my early 20’s, I have enjoyed multiple formative mystical and spontaneous healing experiences. In my 30’s I spent time composing allegorical fiction to support my visionary processes. My admirers accept me as an existential savant, and my work remains deeply challenging to status quo as it is penetrating to the levels of reality and source. To the busy, like-oriented, skeptical milieu, the journey to effectively cultivate and communicate the deeper potential and implications of my work persists as an enigma. Efforts to realize its full potential are ongoing, under continual development via evolving projects, notes, sketches, and, of course, dialogues and collaborations.
Early in life a martial artist, today I am drawn to Essentrics movement practices, working with elementals (like simple plant and animal spirit allies) through non-ordinary experience, the lab of the kitchen, and being in and loving the outdoors. I grew up in North Carolina (USA) and since 2001 call Vermont home. I has two children, one grown.
